We collect information you provide when you create an account (name, email address), as well as information you input while using the Service (client names and email addresses, invoice amounts, due dates). We also collect usage data and logs to operate and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Service (sending reminder emails on your behalf)
- To process payments (via Stripe — we do not store card details)
- To send transactional emails related to your account
- To analyse usage and improve the Service
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party processors:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting
- Stripe— payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy)
- Resend — email delivery for reminder emails
- Vercel — application hosting and infrastructure
4. Your Client's Data
When you add clients to Invoice Chaser and we send reminders on your behalf, your clients' email addresses are processed only to deliver those emails. We do not market to your clients or share their data with third parties outside of the email delivery service.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).
6. Cookies
We use session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your Rights
